These conditions apply to all sales concluded through the Huubcanada.ca website.
No refund
1. Availability of items
All orders are served from our store; Products we have in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours. Items that we do not keep in stock can usually be ordered and will be delivered within two to three weeks. HUUB Canada cannot, however, be held responsible for non-compliance with displayed delivery times.
When a supplier informs us that an item on order is no longer available, the customer receives a notification by email.
2. Price
The prices displayed on the huubcanada.ca website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of ordering. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For any delivery outside of Canada, any customs fees and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs cover preparation and packaging costs, plus postage. They are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and shipping costs. Under no circumstances will a customer be able to combine several orders to benefit from a reduction in shipping costs. Delivery charges are not refundable. If delivery costs have been offered to you, they are still paid by Natationplus.ca. An amount of $15 plus taxes will be deducted from any refund.
4. Payment
Orders placed on the huubcanada.ca website or by telephone must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
5. Delivery time
A period of two business days must be allowed for processing orders for products in stock at our store, to which must be added one to three business days on average for delivery in Quebec or one business day for expedited delivery. HUUB Canada cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a delivery delay resulting from a stock shortage at the distributor or attributable to the carrier.
7. Return of merchandise
The items supplied by HUUB Canada are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If it happens that an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, HUUB Canada undertakes to exchange it, within 10 days following the delivery date, provided that it is accompanied by the bulletin delivery date or a copy of the swimmingplus.ca invoice.
To return merchandise, the customer must come to our store, where the staff will carry out the exchange. If the customer cannot travel, he or she must contact HUUB Canada by email or telephone to make the appropriate arrangements.
For reasons of hygiene, jerseys, trisuits and cycling shorts are sold on final sale. No exchange or refund.
