Terms and conditions of use

These terms and conditions apply to all sales made through the website HUUBCANADA.CA.

No refunds.

1. Product Availability

All orders are fulfilled from our store. Products currently in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours. Items that are not in stock can usually be ordered and will be delivered within approximately two to three weeks. However, huubcanada.ca cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

If a supplier informs us that a product on order is no longer available, the customer will be notified by email.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on huubcanada.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD), before applicable taxes and shipping charges.
The total amount is payable in full at the time of ordering. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars.

For deliveries outside Canada, any applicable customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include the costs of order preparation, packaging, and postage. They are calculated based on the delivery address, the number of items ordered, and the total value of the order before taxes and shipping fees.

Orders may not be combined for the purpose of reducing shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If shipping was offered free of charge, it was still covered by huubcanada.ca. Therefore, a deduction of CAD $15 will be applied to any refund issued.

4. Payment Terms

Orders placed through huubcanada.ca or by phone must be paid by credit card.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Payment is processed in full at the time the order is placed.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Please allow two (2) business days for processing orders of items in stock, plus an average of one (1) to three (3) business days for delivery within Quebec, or one (1) business day for express shipping.

Huubcanada.ca cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from stock shortages at the supplier or issues attributable to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

All products sold by huubcanada.ca are new and free from defects. If an item is defective or does not match the order, huubcanada.ca agrees to replace it within ten (10) days of delivery, provided the item is returned with the delivery slip or a copy of the invoice.

To initiate a return, customers may visit our store in person, where our staff will process the exchange. If the customer is unable to visit in person, they must contact huubcanada.ca by email or telephone to arrange the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, trisuits, and cycling shorts are final sale. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for these items.
